Our Story
Themis Security was founded in Victoria by the owner and operator Mirko Filipovic. With over 25 years of law enforcement, and security experience and an extensive network in the local community, Mr. FIlipovic provides operational leadership to the Victoria and Duncan teams. Our security personnel have wide-ranging experience in law enforcement, security, conflict resolution, and customer service.
Community is at the heart of our business; this includes supporting our employees by ensuring they are compensated with a living wage in their community. Themis Security was the first Living Wage accredited security services provider in BC.
